hello guys, i got some help that i desperately needed and i have a message thankfully on twitter since YouTube really does not responded to me at all anymore on twitter, so those reply's that i got has helped me found the guy, and he told me he can, and ask me to pay up about around! NOT FUCKING KIDDING! 1530$ FUCKING DOLLARS!!!!! HOW!!! HOW THE FUCK, AM IMGOING TO REALLY PAY THAT SHIT! AND HE DOES NOT EVEN FUCKING RESPONED ME ATHER WORDS BRO, that i ask him if there anyways to get my channel back instead of, fucking paid around a thousand & tha half dollars FULL! because i think YouTube just false terminated me off of YouTube, so my only hope is to appeal, again!, for the 3ed fucking time, and yet is no fucking works at all Ather that!!! so, if you do not mind yal, I'm going to hack YouTube to death to all the pain and suffering that it gives me, that it gives me nothing but just, children. just to get those, community guideline strikes over and over again, just to get me out of the fucking bus many times, and gr restricting my videos repeatedly, and i will tell them to my fucking face that before i came as this guys that what i am today, just remember that i have made a channel, my first channel, in 2015 in October 6th, and gone,,, and hack YouTube , before i even existed before that with many fake accounts, just to get what is FUCKING DESERVES!!!!! AND EVEN MAKE THE WORLD HATES ME AND MADE ME ANGRY AND MISEERIBLE!!! and i glad i have plenty, that i can really screw youtube over, like a whole lot of porn videos, just i collected real, hidden, so get ready youtube, i hope you will feel the same way as i did and with all the youtubers that you throw away from!

@SMW-TURTLE-quest Oof, yeah that's where things get tricky.
I'm wondering if its because Youtube is detecting your IP address? If it isn't that then chances are your new google account is still probably connected to your phone number.
At that point you would probably need a VPN to bypass that restriction. The thing is you'll likely pay an annual or monthly fee of sort to get that but it may be well worth the money and the costs will vary depending on which service you choose.
Plus you get that added layer of security from hackers which is the main reason why people would get it, BUT, for purposes like this it also comes in handy.
EDIT: That being said, I've been debating whether or not I want to continue to upload my videos to youtube as of late. The problem I have with them is that they've been less and less friendly for the small content creators and besides the fact that... they favor corporate conglomerates more than the former it's just getting to be a headache to deal with.
yes, but i think the worst problem of all is that someone has my Nintendo Ip address shown on my Nintendo switch, that we going to lose Wi-Fi, because of the game i copyrighted, like, Minecraft or something and there are watching me playing Minecraft, Letterly the game I'm playing right now, however they said i had done something wrong in this game, like i do not know why? and, i do not know what is going on here but if i find the one that got my Nintendo address, i will call the S.W.A.T. who shows it in display!
That's definitely a scam. No "national cybersecurity firm" would offer their services as a black hat hacker. Especially not out in the open like that.
Here's a tip, don't believe those people who say that they can get back you account after YouTube took it down in exchange for money. They will just take the money and block all contact with you. Honestly, you're lucky that you weren't scammed off of hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
Also a bit of advice: don't waste your time trying to "get back at YouTube". I'll be realistic here, those people can't hack Google. You can't hack Google as well, and your plan to upload pornography to YouTube can easily be stopped by Google.
As for your account, YouTube says that you violated the sex and nudity policy. You also complained about others doing it and why you were hit with termination. So I'm assuming that you did upload something that violates policy and you were just simply caught doing it. Best course of action is probably just to start fresh and, you know, not upload that kind of content.
You might need what DioShiba said, such as a VPN. There are free options available. But I recommended trying to switch networks or devices first to see if those are hit with restrictions as well.
well, i have a government phone, but i won't make a new channel on that cause, is from the government, and made from the government, so they basically spying on me whatever i use it, when i use it

Well first of all, that guy is trying to scam you is my gut feeling. It doesn't seem right that a couple of people are recommend him to you then charging you THAT amount of money to do it just to get your account back. Don't fall for it.
Second, I don't exactly know what the grounds was for Youtube's decision, there's not enough context for me as to why they terminated you. If it deals with copyright which, is usually is bullshit anyways because of how happy youtube is willing to pull the trigger on that real fast over nothing, just make a new one. Problem solved.
